LOOK AT HIM: Tiger Woods DUI

I believe Tiger Woods.

But does it matter why he was slumped over asleep in his still-running car and arrested?

Being IN a car with the engine running and under the influence of any drug (alcohol or not) is probably a really bad idea.

Now, if this was his first dose of this medication, he had no way of knowing he'd have a negative reaction to it. And thank goodness he pulled over and stopped.

THAT is a good thing.

But, oh, have the mighty fallen. It's too bad. I don't know Tiger, but he seems like a nice guy. He was great for the sport. He brought it back from the dead and got a lot of kids interested in the sport.

Woods said he had “an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications.”

Spurs Fan Files Lawsuit Against Warriors and Zaza Pachulia for Kawhi Leonard Injury

Sounds like some folks (well, at least one) in San Antonio either have a really good sense of humor or are some of the biggest snowflakes in America.

I'm betting on the latter. I hope whatever judge gets this mocks and ridicules this “fan” for being a complete dumbass.

A Spurs fan has filed a lawsuit against the Warriors and Zaza Pachulia because of the injury Kawhi Leonard received in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals. The lawsuit also asks for a restraining order against the Warriors organization and Pacuhlia demanding they not be allowed in San Antonio. “The suit claims the injury to Kawhi Leonard has had an impact on the fans, community, season-ticket holders and those whose businesses promote the Silver and Black.”All we are asking from the court is that this type of behavior, that can and does cause serious injury to our team and those that love it, not be allowed in San Antonio,” Alfonso Kennard, Jr., lead attorney, said.via KSAT

Aaron Hernandez’s Murder Conviction is Tossed After Suicide

I understand precedent. But this is fucking stupid.

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) A judge on Tuesday erased a 2013 murder conviction against former NFL star Aaron Hernandez, ruling that case law in Massachusetts has long established that defendants who die before their appeals are heard should have their convictions vacated.
